House – Spa La Perla. Time and space. Two must-have royal luxuries.
Time is set by you and space by the 400 m2 of privacy at La Perla. This is not just another rural house. It is a provocation to the senses. A space of freedom designed by and for travelers.

Located in front of the building of the old Chinchilla Railway Station, currently in disuse, La Perla is a 400 m2 stone and wood building from the late 19th century, recently rehabilitated and conditioned for rent as a rural house, with an official classification of two spikes It was an old Cantina and Casa de Viajeros but today it maintains the flavor of the old with original design details and decorative objects from different parts of the world.
One double room, three triple rooms and one quadruple, 3 bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, porch, patio and garden with adult trees and swimming pool.
The rooms have electric heating and the rest of the rooms with 2 wood-burning fireplaces and an almond shell stove.
As rural accommodation, the optimal occupancy is between 10 and 16 people, although we have 4 extra beds to accommodate larger groups if necessary.
Spa Area / Services
The house has a room with a hydromassage spa with capacity for six people that is filled on demand. 350 m2 garden with barbecue available to guests. During the summer months you can also use the pool (18 m2) and a small private solarium. The use of the pool is included in the rent.
It has a bar area with a bar equipped with bottle racks and a freezer, a 130 m2 open-plan multipurpose room with a pool table, ping pong, electronic dart board and a giant TV screen…
Events
Given its characteristics, the house can be the ideal place for organizing meetings, courses, workshops or celebrations that, however, must previously have the express authorization of the management, contemplating special conditions of use.

Casa Rural La Perla is located in the municipality of Chinchilla de Monte Aragón, where you can visit the following most emblematic monuments of the town:
The Castle, which has an Arab origin and was restored by the Marquis of Villena Juan Pacheco. In this castle César Borgia was imprisoned. The Ceramics Museum.
The old prison, located next to the Town Hall. The Parish Church of Santa María del Salvador, where there is an image of the Virgen de las Nieves, patron saint of Chinchilla.

The Nuñez Robles Palace, neoclassical style.
The Palace on Calle de la Obra Pía, which has a Plateresque façade.
Convent of Santa Ana, which is built on an old Arab mosque, and houses paintings from the 18th century. The Arab Baths.
The Hospital de San Julián, which has a Mudejar adobe façade, and was built on top of the church of San Salvador, the first church that Chinchilla had.
The Convent of Santo Domingo. The House of the Third. The Hermitage of San Antón. The Herrada Gate is the main one and it consisted of two towers, leading to the square, also from medieval times. And the Puerta de la Libertad, at the beginning of Calle de las Nieves from Calle Arenal.
