I also work in Bar and Cafe before. Actually I love that job! But the reason why am I not continue my job is the salary. The salary isnt equivalent for your hardwork and the working times in my places.

As an aspiring high end barman I have to say this is absolutely insane! Workstations are clean, though there’s a mad rush you guys are calm collected and communicate well, I’m highly impressed and aspire to have this level of talent, amazing job boys 👍🏻

Why don't they wash their hands or use utensils? Going directly from fridge handles touching garnish putting them into the glass? I would not want to drink anything that was touched with their hands. I have no idea where those hands been

I work at a Bonefish bar & grill in the states; it baffles me that they go 28 minutes without having to be in front of a screen at all, we have to type all of our orders into tablets. I never see a single screen or receipt printed, in these videos, I don’t understand it but wow does that make work more convenient

im a bartender at a cocktail nightclub, thats also a standard bar in the day. on a busy saturday night a woman comes up to order 4 cocktails for happy hour. i explain we dont have happy hour drinks on saturdays. she still wanted the happy hour. i explained it was literally impossible. she starts spewing her shit and the only thought i had was 'i should get a raise just because of how hard it is to stand here, listen to what you have to say and not spit in your face'.
